Description
The service will provide support to adults with severe mental illness this will include but not be limited to: • non-medical support for those is crisis in a therapeutic environment; • crisis accommodation support, with the purpose to prevent admission to acute mental health and inpatient care; • access to residential respite care; • support earlier discharge from acute mental health services; • telephone mental health helpline, offering support over the telephone for people with long term mental health issues. The service will work in partnership with the Mental Health Crisis Team service within North East Lincolnshire.
