ClwydAlyn is commencing a two‑stage Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) for the supply and delivery of kitchens. This notice covers Stage 1, where suppliers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and a PSQ/SSQ to demonstrate their capability, capacity, compliance, and overall suitability to deliver the contract.
