The outputs support internal analysis, briefing, and evidence‑based advice within the UK Space Agency, including continuity of established time‑series data and previously used evidence bases. The contract was directly awarded to Novaspace SAS on the basis that the required reports and datasets are proprietary, standard products produced and owned by a single supplier, with no reasonable alternative source available for the same content.
