Description

The University of South Wales has awarded a contract to a partner to upgrade communal extract fans in our Mountain Halls Accommodation buildings. Works include the removal of existing extract fan units, installing new (as per the performance specification provided). The contractor shall supply, install, commission and hand over a new mechanical extract fan system. The works focus on renewing the fan equipment while retaining the existing ductwork wherever possible, to include any general making good (firestopping) around duct penetration points.
