Description
North Yorkshire Council intends to procure a contract for septic tank/pumping stations including but not limited to, conducting annual condition surveys, routine servicing, planned maintenance, reactive repairs, emptying/desludging and cleaning and associated tasks (complete system replacements will not be included in this contract) across its estate of currently 24 assets serving 150 properties. This number will likely increase or decrease in line with Housing Portfolio stock. The contract will also include tenant liaison. Pre Market engagement has already been carried out and as a result the scope definition has been updated to include the term pumping stations.
