Stop Smoking Service - PSR Direct Award C

Description

Following a Direct Award C process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR), Bracknell Forest Council are intending to award the Stop Smoking Service contract to the incumbent Provider as detailed in this notice. The new contract is for an initial term of One (1) year (1 May 2026 - 30 April 2027) with the option to extend by any number of periods up to an aggregate of 48 months (up to 30 April 2031). The contract value, for the maximum contract term of 5 years, is anticipated to be £600,000. The contract will have the ability to be varied by up to an additional £150,000 over the term of the contract, subject to targeted grant funding. If the targeted grant is received, this may be allocated at the Councils discretion. This additional funding would take the total contract value, over the maximum 5-year term of the contract, to £750,000.
