Construction Professional Services - Principal Designer (Temporary Accommodation Sites)

Description

Provision of Construction Professional Services to undertake the role of Principal Designer in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 for temporary accommodation sites in Northampton. The services include planning, managing and monitoring the pre-construction phase, coordinating health and safety aspects of design work, identifying and eliminating foreseeable risks, and ensuring designers comply with their duties. The supplier will be required to liaise with the client, designers and contractors, prepare and maintain relevant health and safety information, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
