*This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN)*<br/><br/>**PLEASE NOTE** This is a second PIN)/Pre-market assessment engagement exercise since the publication of a previous PIN published on 19th February 2026. The Commissioners would like to thank Providers who have already responded to the market engagement questionnaire and can confirm that they are not required to complete this again. <br/><br/>East Midlands Primary Care Team on behalf of the NHS East Midlands Integrated Care Boards (the Commissioners) is carrying out a Pre Market Engagement (PME) exercise for the commissioning of NHS Dental Services and Lincolnshire NHS Primary Care Dentistry supporting Dental Workforce Training and Education.<br/><br/>NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS East Midlands Integrated Care Boards is placing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to a pre-procurement market questionnaire regarding the provision of NHS Dental Services and Lincolnshire NHS Primary Care Dentistry supporting Dental Workforce Training and Education. This will be used as a conduit to obtain feedback from the market to ascertain market capability and interest in the opportunity.<br/><br/>NHS East Midlands Integrated Care Boards would like to inform the market and seek feedback on the potential commissioning opportunity for the provision of NHS Dental Services and Lincolnshire NHS Primary Care Dentistry supporting Dental Workforce Training and Education.<br/><br/>The feedback aims to achieve several critical objectives:<br/><br/>• Assessing Market Capability: Understanding the capability of the market is essential for the commissioners to ensure that the proposed services can be delivered efficiently and effectively.
