Description
Each school will require a range of tasks to be completed at different stages of the year. The work includes (please see attached spreadsheet for further details): • Heating Plant • Pumps • Control Systems • Strainers • Gas Safety Checks • Air Conditioning Plant • Hot Water Calorifiers • Air Handling Plant • Extract Fans • Water Booster Sets • Door Curtains • Water Hygeine (Legionella, Coliform, E.Coli) • Domestic Hot Water Services • POU Water Heaters • Cold Water Storage Tanks • Cold Water Services • Showers and Spray Taps • Infrequently Used Outlets • TMV's • Domestic Expansion Vessels • Handriers The contract should include the provision of water treatment / water hygiene diary, including suitable log sheets to enable to completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks associated with the water treatment tasks completed. The logbook will also include sections for all analytical report sheets, certificates of bacteriological sampling and also clean and chlorination certificates.
