Description
Procured under Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Option A The required service will undertake child vision screening for those aged 4-5 years in North Tyneside. The Provider will deliver a childhood vision screening programme to identify children aged 4 to 5 years with impaired sight enabling timely intervention to the remaining children who live in North Tyneside and or on the school roll for North Tyneside. Amount - £74,000 over 3 years
