Description

contract is for the delivery of additional elements of the Westbourne Sustainable Urban Drainage (SuDS) Retrofit Parklet Scheme, in accordance with the detailed RIBA Stage 4 designs produced by Robert Bray Associates and agreed by the project steering group. The works include site preparation, drainage installation, earthworks, kerb and footway adjustments, and installation of landscape and ecological features within the adopted public highway. A Single Tender Action is justified because Swansea Council is the statutory Highway Authority and is therefore the only organisation legally able to undertake or supervise works within the adopted highway at Westbourne.
