Description

The Authority will be seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the inspection, design, maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) across the highway network. The scope includes asset inspections, reactive and planned maintenance, VRS design and installation, traffic management, removal and disposal of redundant assets, stakeholder liaison, asset data management, and the provision of all ancillary works necessary for the safe and compliant delivery of the contract. The Authority intends to conduct pre-market engagement in early August 2026. Interested parties will have the opportunity to review and comment on the draft scope and pricing schedule to help inform the final procurement documents and ensure they reflect current market capability and best practice.
