Description

e-ITT for the Provision of Dibden Golf Centre Club House re-development Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 17:00, 18 May 2026 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) New Forest District Council's (NFDC) owned Dibden Golf Centre Club House is ageing and its current internal and external appearance has become visibly worn and outdated. The building now requires aesthetic modernisation to improve its presentation, enhance user experience, and ensure it continues to meet the expectations of golfers, visitors, staff, and the wider community. Refurbishment is necessary to create a high-quality, welcoming, and professionally presented facility that aligns with New Forest District Council's leisure service standards and supports the Council's wider objectives for maintaining attractive, safe and well-maintained public assets. All correspondence is via the Councils e-tendering portal ProContract hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP).
