Description

The British High Commission Accra requires the provision of comprehensive medical insurance services for eligible members of staff and their registered dependants, supplied through a fully administered insurance arrangement. The Service Provider will be responsible for policy underwriting, claims administration, access to an appropriate healthcare provider network, and ongoing policy servicing, with medical cover provided subject to agreed benefit ceilings and premium limits per family. The anticipated contract duration is 36 months, with an expected commencement date of 01 November 2026, and an option to extend for up to 12 additional months, subject to performance and operational requirements.
