Description

Framework Masterplan and Investment Plan for Totton Town Centre The Council is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified Contractor to prepare a Framework Masterplan and Investment Plan for Totton town centre. The document will consider the current strengths and weaknesses of Totton and propose interventions which will help transform it into a vibrant town centre going forward. This will include looking at key sites and existing land uses which currently do not meet their potential and producing a robust plan to support the Totton Partnership's desire for change. Alongside a Framework Masterplan, the chosen Contractor will need to produce a costed Investment Plan with proposed phasing to assist the Partnership in making the case for future funding.
