Description
To undertake behavioural insight study as part of the Live Labs 2 project to understand how the road closure approach is impacting the public and causes their behaviours, complaints and feeling towards the project. Develop strategies for communications and interventions to help understanding and acceptance. The study will be funded through the Live Labs 2 funding.
