Conversion of the existing loft space at Hampton Park Pavilion into Parish Council office accommodation. Loft Conversion • Formation of new first-floor office accommodation within existing roof structure • Structural alterations to support new floor and loading conditions • Installation of insulation and fire-compliant construction Access Improvements • Provision of compliant access to first floor (stairs, lift and associated works) • Compliance with Building Regulations Part K and Part M (where applicable) Ground Floor Alterations • Minor reconfiguration to improve layout and functionality • Integration with new vertical circulation Building Services • Electrical installation in accordance with provided layout • Fire detection and alarm provisions • Coordination with existing services Finishes • Internal finishes as specified • Installation of windows, doors, and fittings
