Description

The contracting authority is seeking the provision of specialist programme support to review insights from the London Race Action Plan (LRAP) report and its Structural Companion Guide, and to design and deliver an in‑person senior leadership capability programme for Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) senior leaders. The services include an initial discovery phase with senior leaders and review of relevant materials, delivery of a series of structured workshops (repeated for multiple cohorts), support to synthesise outputs into a set of prioritised strategic "buckets" to inform a revised LRAP strategy, and facilitation of peer-support/roundtable engagement to promote learning and best practice.
