Description
The Ministry of Defence requires the 24/7/365 support of an Oil Spill Response Service Provider to ensure rapid access to a response capability in the event of a Tier 2 incident at the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth, as stipulated by the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution Preparedness Response and Co-operation Convention) Regulation 1998 and the 2015 amendments and Maritime and Coastguard Agency requirements. The Authority cannot guarantee any level of work resulting from this contract.
