Description

East Sussex County Council (The Council) requires a Strategic Partner to provide a Welfare Benefits Helpline and Specialist Benefits Advice Service in East Sussex. The Commissioning Group is seeking to commission a Strategic Partner with a working knowledge of East Sussex to co-design service models and delivery outcomes. We want to collaborate on approaches that respond to local needs and support long term system benefits, including improved outcomes for people and communities. This service fits within the Specialist Advice and Casework element of the typology of advice services identified by Collaborate.
