This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice issued under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract has been formally modified following approval by the South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB) LGT Contract Management Board and signed by the SEL ICB Chief Executive Officer.
