Description
The service is targeted at people in Sheffield living with dementia, their unpaid carers/family members, and professionals, staff and volunteers working with people living with dementia. It will act as a single point to promote connectivity of dementia support in Sheffield and help to improve confidence and capability of all involved with dementia support.
