Description
The provision of affordability and eligibility assessments in relation to Older Persons Shared Ownership (OPSO) homes. In line with Homes England's guidance, this service is to ensure that customers can afford and sustain the costs associated with shared ownership, providing a robust and clear financial assessment to support them through the process, and provide a sign off sheet in alignment with the Capital Funding Guide that ensures adherent to Anchor's policies.
