Description
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is committed to maintaining safe, reliable and energy efficient Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems across its estate as part of a wider sustainability and asset investment strategy. With over 14,000 properties under management- this includes mixed portfolio of offices, community facilities, sheltered and extra care schemes, and communal plant serving residential blocks. WCHG are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair of HVAC systems. WCHG are requiring a contractor who is focussed on improving compliance and record keeping, reducing downtime and repeat faults, and delivering dependable response and rectification for critical sites and assets where failure would have a significant operational or resident impact.
