Description
Ofqual communications team are seeking an established media monitoring tool covering traditional and social media. The successful platform should be able to meet the requirements specified in the specifications of requirements. Proposals from agencies offering to carry out social media or media monitoring on Ofqual's behalf as an outsourced service will not be considered.
