Description

General project management meetings with the consultant (bi-weekly), milestones tracking, review of programme both internally and externally with consultant, etc. A dedicated Project Manager has been assigned to the project and they will attend all project management meetings. A more senior project consultant has been assigned, who can be contacted, if required.
