Brunel Academies Trust in Swindon is seeking to appoint a single strategic Hard FM Partner to deliver a consistent, compliant, and proactive approach to Hard Facilities Management across the portfolio of 15 Schools. This procurement forms part of a wider transformation programme to: • Standardise FM delivery • Improve compliance assurance • Strengthen lifecycle planning and forecasting • Reduce operational burden on provision leaders • Achieve predictable, value-for-money outcomes There is no LGPS Further information on the Client’s requirements can be found at Attachment 1 Specification and Attachment 2 Client Data.
