Description

Provision of an emotional, mental health and wellbeing digital service as part of the 'getting help' provision of the I Thrive model based on the needs of children and young people across the four Black Country Localities. This will provide tool packs, exercises and videos to support users through 150 + evidence-based exercises including: • Thought reframing. • Relaxation techniques • Behavioural activation • Goal setting • Sleep • Anxiety • Low mood • Stress • Self-esteem
