Description
The British Embassy in Quito is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to provide comprehensive Brokerage and Medical Insurance services to support the healthcare needs of its staff and eligible dependants. The appointed supplier will be expected to advise on appropriate medical insurance solutions, manage relationships with insurers, ensure policies remain compliant with local regulations, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle. This includes assisting with renewals, handling policy administration, supporting claims processes, responding to member enquiries, and offering timely, professional advice on coverage, benefits, and market developments. A strong understanding of the local insurance market, proactive client support, and the ability to deliver a reliable, high‑quality service tailored to the Embassy’s operational needs are key requirements of this contract.
