Description
The work comprises refurbishment of pitched Roof 1, pitched Roof 2, encapsulation of the parapet wall between Roofs 2 & 3, encapsulation of the parapet wall at the gable end of pitched Roof 4. Re-pointing works to gable end of Roof 4. Internal plaster repairs. Minor Bauder felt roof repairs to pitched Roof 5 and flat roofs A&B.
