Description

Tayside Contracts intends to establish a multi-lot Subcontracting Framework for Works and Associated Services to supplement in-house delivery capacity and support operational and commercial activities across the Angus Council, Dundee City Council, and Perth & Kinross Council areas. This is a significant opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced contractors to support the delivery of a wide range of works across the region. The framework will provide access to a diverse and capable supply chain to deliver both planned and reactive works, ensuring flexibility, resilience, and continuity of service delivery. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is issued to: -Notify the market of Tayside Contracts’ anticipated requirement -Engage with suitably qualified and experienced contractors -Obtain feedback on the proposed lotting structure, delivery approach, and commercial arrangements -Inform the development of a robust, proportionate, and market-aligned procurement strategy No procurement documentation is available at this stage. Market Engagement Session (Indicative) Format: Microsoft Teams Date: 1 June 2026 Time: 11:00 – 12:30 The session will: -Provide an overview of the proposed framework -Outline the indicative procurement approach and timelines -Seek contractor feedback on the proposed lot structure, delivery model, and commercial approach -Support the development of the final procurement strategy The session will be interactive, and suppliers are encouraged to provide feedback. Participation in market engagement is voluntary. Tayside Contracts will not provide any supplier with an advantage in any future procurement, nor disadvantage contractors who choose not to participate.
