Transport for London (TfL) is conducting preliminary market engagement to understand the current state of the market for Carbon Accounting and Utilities Management solutions. This market engagement seeks to understand market capability across the following areas: Utilities bill payment, including validation, reconciliation, and payment processing Utilities data visualisation and performance management Carbon accounting across Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, aligned to the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol and legislative requirements including Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) Supply chain carbon data capture and reporting Forecasting, scenario planning, and target tracking in support of TfL's science-based net zero commitments TfL is issuing a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) to a broad range of suppliers. This notice is published in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. This exercise does not constitute a formal procurement process and does not commit TfL to any subsequent procurement activity.
