Description

Torus is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider to deliver an employer-funded Health Cash Plan inclusive of a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Online GP service for approximately 1,800 employees. The contract will provide employees with access to preventative healthcare benefits, wellbeing support, confidential counselling services, and digital health services via a user-friendly online and mobile platform. The successful provider will be required to deliver a comprehensive, accessible, and value-for-money solution, including claims administration, employee engagement support, management information reporting, and ongoing account management services.
