Description

The Council wish to procure a 'Block Contract' arrangement with a single Provider to provide an OFSTED registered residential home for up to three (3) Children and Young People utilising the Council's existing properties for Children and Young People aged 7 years and above. This service is designed to meet the needs of children and young people who may display levels of challenging behaviour and complex needs. Needs may include trauma, attachment, mental health including hospital step down, neurodevelopment (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD and or Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD), substance use and child criminal or sexual exploitation presenting with high levels of risk.
