Description

The British Embassy in Washington is seeking a suitably qualified provider to deliver comprehensive brokerage services in support of its health and welfare benefits programmes for country‑based staff across the United States Network. The appointed supplier will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of the Network’s health and life benefit plans, including medical insurance (currently self‑funded), dental and vision insurance, and life and disability programmes. In addition, the supplier will provide strategic advisory services to support the design, development and continuous improvement of the benefits offering. This includes market benchmarking, cost analysis, and recommending solutions to ensure the provision remains competitive, compliant, and value for money. The contract is expected to have an initial term of five (5) years, with the option to extend for a further two (2) years.
