Description
*****Please note: This is a Notice of Intention to Award for a PSR Competitive Process, it is not a PCR2015 process.***** Oldham and Rochdale Councils sought to commission a provider to deliver an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Service. The service will support residents in treatment and recovery from substance to achieve sustained employment. The provider will work in partnership with community drug and alcohol treatment services to ensure seamless integration between clinical treatment provision and employment support
