Description
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CAVUHB) is seeking to appoint an independent provider to deliver external evaluation services for the Improving My Cancer Journey (ICJ) Programme. The programme supports individuals living with and beyond cancer by addressing non-clinical needs through a community-based model. The evaluation will assess implementation, outcomes, and impact, with findings used to inform service development, sustainability, and potential expansion across Cardiff and Vale.
