Description
Sunderland City Council have appointed an Event Manager to provide event management, health & safety support, and all associated event infrastructure for the BBC Wraparound Celebration. The BBC Wraparound Celebration is designed to showcase community creativity, encourage participation, and highlight the rich cultural diversity of the area. By bringing together live music, dance performances, and hands‑on creative workshops, the event aims to provide an inclusive, family‑friendly space where people of all ages can connect, explore new creative experiences, and celebrate local talent. As a result, the event is expected to strengthen community identity, increase engagement with local artists, foster new creative partnerships, and offer positive wellbeing benefits through shared cultural and artistic activity.
