Description
The primary objectives of this tender are to: • Secure a reliable third line infrastructure support partner that augments our internal IT team for escalations, complex incidents and specialist advice. • Replace our existing Network Operations Centre (NOC) function for proactive monitoring, alerting and patch management of our server estate. • Establish meaningful, contractually backed response times for monitoring alerts and incident notification. • Provide our internal team with visibility into the monitoring and management tooling used to deliver the service. • Ensure consistent coverage of our current and future technology stack, including legacy and specialist tooling. • Deliver active, accountable account management with a named contact and regular service reviews. • Offer flexibility to draw on additional resource for short-term projects, migrations or advisory work.
