Description
Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust has a potential future requirement to establish a Dynamic Market for the provision of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS). The Dynamic Market will be used to appoint suitably qualified transport providers capable of delivering safe, reliable and patient-focused transport services across Wales. Services may include, but are not limited to, planned patient transport, discharge transport, specialist transport requirements and other associated non-emergency transport services as required by the Trust. The purpose of the Dynamic Market is to provide the Trust with a flexible and compliant route to market for future NEPTS requirements, enabling suitably qualified providers to apply for admission to the market during its term, subject to meeting the relevant conditions for participation. Further details regarding the scope, service requirements, geographical coverage, application process and conditions for participation will be provided in the tender documentation when the opportunity is formally published.
