Description

NELFT provides a range of specialist community paediatric services requiring high-volume clinical transcription support. The primary service requirement relates to transcription of clinical correspondence and reports generated within community paediatrics. In addition, there is a requirement within the Trust's Research & Development (R&D) function for transcription of more complex audio recordings, which may include multi-disciplinary discussions and multi-speaker recordings. The Trust is seeking to better understand how suppliers can support: • High-quality transcription at scale • Efficient turnaround times • Secure handling of sensitive patient data • Future innovation and service transformation The RFI is available to view on Atamis here > https://atamis-1928.my.salesforce-sites.com/ProSpend__CS_ContractPage?SearchType=Projects&uid=a07Pz00001e2i3dIAA&searchStr=&sortStr=Recently+Published&page=1&filters=&County=
