Description

The Authority (Wyre Forest District Council) wishes to appoint a Development Partner for the redevelopment of the Lion Fields site in Kidderminster (“Subject Site”) through a contractual Joint Venture (“JV”) arrangement. In March 2025, the Cabinet endorsed the Kidderminster Town Centre Feasibility Study’s (LF9) recommendation for a residential redevelopment of the Lion Fields site, which includes the former Wyre Forest Glades leisure centre site, Bromsgrove St Car Park and Worcester St sites. Collectively, the site(s) extend to a total of 1.72 ha (4.25 acres).
