Design of Pavilion Building

Description

Benson Parish Council are intending to redevelop the site of the Pavilion, on Sunnyside, adjacent to the Parish Hall. Following internal discussions, a basic brief has been established, so now Council needs to select an architectural practice for this project. The new building will be a youth hub, that will require the usual toilet facilities, a kitchen with internal and external serveries, some storage, an external disabled toilet and to be as open and airy as possible. We are looking for a estimate of architectural services to manage the project from the design stage to the finished product. The cost of the whole project including building and all associated fees is £1,000,000. Companies within 55 miles please.
