Description
The key requirements of the Site Enabling Works Definition & Implementation Support are: 1. Assure the completeness of the enabling works scope – to ensure that as far as reasonably practicable, all enabling tasks are identified and defined. 2. Ensure suitable definition of the start and end states of the Site before and after any enabling works. Consequently, be able to define as accurately as possible the subsequent start point status for the S&S Main Works. 3. Identify relevant risks and hazards associated with the enabling works and ensuring they can be communicated to the enabling works contractor(s) to allow appropriate management and mitigations measures to be put in place
