Description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest are building three separate high quality residential led mixed tenure developments in Priory Court, Walthamstow, E17. This scheme provides a range of housing types that respond to varying needs which is key to support the social mix of the borough and housing targets for the Council. London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking a sales and marketing agent to provide a full sales and marketing service. The agent will be required to develop a detailed sales and marketing strategy for the sale of 62 Shared Ownership Units across three blocks of mixed Tenure. The team must comprise of expertise in scheme branding, market positioning, promotion and sales.
