Sports Centre Refurbishment

Description

The University of Bradford village changing room shower areas, dryside changing rooms and gym shower areas as well as main hall are aged and suffering maintenance issues. The shower areas in particular do not provide enough outlets to serve busy periods. The main Sports Hall floor is a grano floor and the decoration is deteriorating. The project is to undertake the alteration of the shower areas, fabric improvements including new flooring, decorations, panelling, cubicles and sanitaryware at Unique Fitness at the University. The work will involve the stripping of the existing finishes, wall alterations, replacement and altered mechanical fittings replacement and altered electrical fittings, the provision of new finishes and fixtures.
