Description
Denbighshire County Council has awarded a contract for the provision of a Low Income Family Tracker Solution. Following a successful pilot via a Welsh Government contract with Policy in Practice, the Authority has awarded it's own contract with the supplier. The Low Income Family Tracker is a data analytics tool to identify residents who are missing out on benefits and other support.
