Description
Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust are updating its buildings environment flooring to bring them up to date and in line with modern NHS requirements. Suppliers are invited to tender for the provision of floor covering repairs and new installations across Trust premises. The contract includes the delivery of an annual programme for flooring replacement agreed each year, and the requirement to provide reactive repairs. With 100 buildings within the Trust estate works will be undertaken at GP surgeries, Hospitals, Medical Centres, warehouses and Administration offices. The specialist repair and replacement of flooring and skirting across the Trust estate will be required from clinical spaces including wards; receptions and waiting rooms, patient rooms and ensuites or toilets; stairwells and kitchens with a mix of resin floors, carpet tiles and dementia-friendly vinyl. The contract is for a three (3) year (36 months) period with the option to extend for a further 2-year period.
