Description
The provision of specialist tax advisory services to support the Hampshire Pension Fund's investment activities. The services include the preparation and filing of US federal and state tax returns for the period 2025 to 2028, together with associated schedules and supporting documentation. The contract also includes the submission and management of withholding tax recovery claims in relevant jurisdictions, including under double taxation treaties, and the provision of post‑filing support such as responding to tax authority queries and managing appeals. Additional advisory services may be required, including tax compliance advice, assistance with reporting obligations, liaison with custodians, and guidance on international tax law and regulatory changes. The services will be delivered as a professional advisory service over a four‑year contract.
