Description

The Estate Transformation Programme is a major capital investment initiative to modernise and right‑size the Sussex Police estate. Much of the current portfolio is over 50 years old, oversized, and increasingly misaligned with: Modern policing methods Agile and hybrid working Digital capability Specialist operational and training needs The programme will deliver major refurbishment, alteration and new build to target: Upgrades to existing buildings to resolve functional and compliance challenges Improved welfare, wellbeing, changing, locker, and exercise facilities Enhanced specialist training environments Flexible, modern workspaces Improved parking capacity and site functionality
